Event Cart empty when adding events for the first time

I am currently using the multiple event registration add-on for EE4. When a person first goes to the list of events and adds the event to the event cart the cart shows that it is empty. When they click to go back to the list of events and add it again the event(s) will show up in the cart and they are able to proceed to the registration. This only occurs the first time a person adds the events to the event cart. It doesn’t happen if they are logged in to the word press site or if they are going back to the event list when the cart shows empty.

Hi there,

It looks like the server your site is on is forcing server side caching on all pages which breaks the registrations, caching is disabled for logged in users which explain why they don’t see the problem.

Can I ask which host are you using?

I am currently using GoDaddy as my host.

There’s some specific information about how to disable caching if you’re using Godaddy Managed hosting:
