When ordering, sometimes (half of the time) we get an error with empty cart

Hi, Sometime (about half of the time), when we clic on order, we get a problem. The validate order shows itself, then clic on it. then instead of getting the registration form it show an error message in this id spco-empty-cart-hdr (we are in french, so i use the id to avoir confusion) meaning that we have not selected an event. But we did. So sometimes it’s like order are not saved. for now, we have disabled MER, but is there a solution?

Hi there,

Does this only happen when MER is activated?

The problem your running into usually happens when something is clearing the transients on your site or if the EE critical pages are cached.

Looking over your site is shows the critical pages as cachable on the server site – http://take.ms/mR9LC

Which host are you using? You may need to run through the steps here:

Only rather than adding the strings to a plugin, you’ll need to request your host excludes those urls from the server side caching.
