Hi
I have followed instructions to set up a waitlist function
The code I have used is https://pastebin.com/CiYEAAbF
which has been pasted in to my site specific plugin

I have a created a Ninja Form for the Waitlist with id no 3
However I cannot seem to be able to get it to work
Please can you help

Hi there,
Which version of Ninja forms are you using?
Is the event currently sold out?
Can you link me to the event you are testing this on please?

That event isn’t actually sold out, a single ticket type is sold put but not the event itself.
The wait list workaround you linked to displays a form to register interest in a specific event if that event is sold out, as you have valid tickets still available the form will not show.

It’s possible but the intention of that work around is to provide a way for users to register their interest for an event rather than a ticket, you don’t have access to the tickets within Ninja forms so it will show its for a specific event but not ticket.
Here is a different example that will output a Ninja form if any ticket type within the event is sold out:
