Split: Registration Email Not Sending

I do not understand what the Mandrill is or how to work this. My site is also not sending our clients confirmation emails. It is also not sending us notification of registrations from our web page.

PLEASE HELP, How can this be fixed??? We have no clue of clients registering for our services.

Hi Vincent,

WordPress using the wp_mail function to send out emails. Sometimes this doesn’t work as expected or stops work due to a change on the site or server.

The Mandrill and Postmark App services help ensure that emails are delivered to the inbox instead of being lost or arriving in the spam/junk mail folder. They do this by taking over the wp_mail function.

Hello Mr. Orlando,

I have followed the link and created a Mandrill App account, I then entered the API keycode it gave me and then entered the required fields and installed the plugin on our site. I have tested our Registration emails, Contact Us and sent a test email from the event espresso.

ALL SEEMS TO BE WORKING CORRECTLY SO FAR. WE THANK YOU FOR THE FIX AND QUICK RESPONSES.
