Split: Multi Event not working on MediaTemple

I have this exact same problem. I wish I didnt update my Event Espresso.

Lorenzo, please have a look:

go to bargotickets.com Click on the Register now button for the featured ice cream event.
Go to the register box and click the “add to event cart” button. The crane spins but nothing happens.

However, when you register for the event via this link, it works: https://www.bargotickets.com/ee-event/cramer-ice-cream-tasting/

I have also posted both issues to your support forum for a speedy response. I would really appreciate that because now we have a loss of revenue.

If you see an existing support post that sounds like your issue or question, then please create your own support post and then include a link to the support post that you saw. This will help us prevent confusion when multiple members are posting.

First, please go ahead and deactivate the login information that you posted. Our support forums are public so you should not post any sensitive information here.

The support post that you originally replied to was due to a caching service with Media Temple. If you are using a managed hosting option from Media Temple, then you’ll want to clear the cache and rename the object-cache.php file here:

/wp-content/object-cache.php

That should resolve the issue.

If you are not using Media temple, then I would look at an recent changes that have been made to the site such as new plugin installs. If you have added anything new, then try temporarily deactivating them to see if the issue goes away.
