You’ll find the current status of development for a possible seating chart add-on for EE4 here:

Along with that, EE4 out of the box can be set up to work with existing seating charts where different ticket prices are offered for different seating sections. While individual seat assignment isn’t included, seat section limits can be enforced. There’s an example in our documentation that shows how to use the ticket selector to work with an existing seating chart:
