EMAILS not being sent from site

Hello,

I see the other forum as “RESOLVED” but I have not resolved mine. I did not understand the mandrill thing posted. OUR PROBLEM is our site is not sending out confirmation emails to our clients after registration, it is also not sending us a notification that a client registered for an event. How can we fix this issue. All UPDATES have been performed and it is all up to date for plugins.

PLEASE HELP.

Mr. Orlando,

Any news on how to fix this problem? Our business operates off of these registrations. We need the system to send us and our clients emails in regards to registration of an event. PLEASE HELP
