I need to be able to send payments to different paypals on each event. I could do this in ee3 but cant find it in ee4.

Hi,
This is not currently available for EE4. We are doing a re-write of the gateways and this has been earmarked as a possible feature, but I cannot say when it will be included.

Hi, as Dean shared, this is not available out of the box in Event Espresso 4. If this is critical to your project, then please check with an Event Espresso professional here:

Ok so on top of the $200 I paid, now I have to pay even more? What is the point of paying for support if you’re not going to help? Why remove this feature on EE4 if it was on EE3? You working backwards here?

Hi, this feature is not available in Event Espresso 4.
We can’t write custom coding for you as custom coding is outside of the support that we provide. If this is critical to your project, then an Event Espresso professional will be able to help you:

If you do not want to check with a developer, then the other option is to switch to Event Espresso 3.

I NEED to use EE4 alright, EE3 has its share of problems.
You cannot do this to your customers..
I have been one of your customers for over 2 years now.
If you don’t solve this for me you will lose a valuable customer.

Hi, we would like you to continue using Event Espresso but this feature does not exist in Event Espresso 4. That is, there is currently no coding in place to handle this.
Adding this would require at least a few hours of development work. As we are working with limited resources, we cannot abandon other tasks to create this custom solution for you.
We try to be flexible with custom coding by providing some sample code where possible (e.g. https://eventespresso.com/wiki/useful-php-code-snippets/) but in this case, this feature isn’t currently part of the core software.
Sorry I don’t have better news to share.

In ee3 is it possible to change the paypal and currency per event?

Hi,
Multiple currencies are not supported in Event Espresso 3. However, you can use a meta option to specify the PayPal account for an event:

Hi, multiple currencies are supported in Event Espresso 4. However multiple currencies at the same time is not supported.
Here is an example:
If I am an event admin in France, the I could switch Event Espresso 4 to use France as my location and accept euros for payments for event registrations.
To expand upon this, accepting payments for one event in euros and then payment for a different event in dollars is not supported.
