Is it possible for us to add fields to the waitlist form for our event?

We’d like to gather the registrants company/organization, work phone and cell phone number if possible.

Hi,

Not at this time. The waitlist add-on’s form was built to only capture name & email addresses. If you need additional form fields you could make use of this guide which outlines an alternative:
