Your Organisation -> Primary Contact Email changed but no affect

Hi all,

I’ve changed the Primary Contact Email address under Your Organisation that all new notifications will go to the new address but this doesn’t seem to be happening. They’re still going to the old.

Any ideas?

Can’t seem to stop the system sending all notifications to a test email address ๐Ÿ™

Looks like changing the TO field to [CO_EMAIL] does the trick.

That’s correct. Along with that, if you have multiple people running events where you want the author of the event to get the notifications, you can use the [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL] shortcode in the TO field.
