Weirs email issue when someone registers

I’ve had one of these for every person in the last 3 days who has made a reservation.
I normally only get about 1 every month or so.

Hi Dorian,

Event Espresso does not send out its own emails (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/postmark-app-mandrill-transactional-email-handling-services/) and that appears to be a report by the Amazon server that the email to the recipient was rejected.

A similar issue was reported here (https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/gmail/DpgEmeS1z9I) and it appeared to be an issue with the MX records.

Are you self-hosting the sites or are you using a hosting provider?

Hi, could you share how you corrected the issue? Was it due to the MX records?

There was an email plugin installed. I removed it.
