Wait List question

What is the count for the waitlist controlled by – registrations? approved registrations?

Hi there,

May I ask which count you mean here?

The waitlist will only show if the event status is sold out (meaning either all tickets/datetimes are sold out or the status has been manually set to sold out).

The waitlist count I assume you mean is a count of all registrations with a status of ‘Waitlist’, rather than Approved.
