Hi, I requested this feature a while ago:
When choosing a venue from the dropdown in the Event Editor, the list of Venues is not alphabetized. We work with a lot of venues, and this list is getting hard to use.
Similarly, the Venue selector in the Calendar plugin is not alphabetized either.

Hi, there is already an open feature request for the venues list in the calendar. Once it has been accepted, then it will be made available in a future version of the software.
I’ll create a new request for the venues list in the WP dashboard.

Hi, I’ve also added additional feedback to the original feature request as I do think this would be helpful if you have more than a handful of venues.

Update:
The latest release of Event Espresso 4 includes a change where the venues are now ordered a-z in the event editor.

Hi Michael,
The new version of Event Espresso 4 Calendar (3.2.4) was just released and it includes the change to the venue ordering.
