I just upgraded from EE# to EE4, and everything shows sold out. Here are the 2 links, one is live, one is dev. Both same WP version and exact copy of DB, just ran the upgrade on the dev site

live: https://dentalstaffschooltn.com/event-registration/?ee=87
dev: http://dental.bbdg.net/events/tennessee-dental-assisting-course-spring-6/

Hi Dan,

Can you check what’s set for the datetime registration limit and ticket quantities for the sold out events?

So on the live site with EE3, its set to 24 max and 12 have registered. There are also downpayment and full price options on the live site. I noticed there are approved and non approved registrations, totaling 25

On the dev site with EE4. it looks much different. There is a 24 max with 10 sold under event date time. Then there is the down payment ticket, 9 sold 20 reg. Then there is a full price ticket, 1 sold 5 regs.

It sounds like the default registration status needs to be changed to Pending payment in the EE4 event editor. This way an unpaid registration will not count toward the limit.

That is what it’s currently set to

Hi Dan,

Can you check to see if the Ticket Qty field has a value set, the Qty field is outlined in this screenshot:

Cant see the screenshot, but the available tickets > ticket quantity field does not have a value in it.

Hi Dan,

Can you set the qty fields to 25? Here’s a direct link to that screenshot:

That seemed to work, thank you. So no way to migrate that, we just have to go back and manually edit them?

If the tickets in EE3 didn’t have a ticket quantity set, then there’s nothing to migrate I’m afraid.
