Hello,
I just upgraded to 4.2.9p on my WP 3.9 site, and it has seemingly broken the existing event section of my site. I purchased a priority support ticket about a month ago when I did the initial install of 4.2.5 and it broke my site. Please refer to that thread at: https://eventespresso.com/topic/ee4-broke-event-section-of-my-site-upon-installation/

Since upgrading to the new version today, if you click on any individual event from the event section of my site, it goes to a 404 error page.

You can see this at: http://www.timberlinelodge.com/events/
And click on ‘Read More’ on any of the individual event posts.

I can provide FTP / WP admin access to you if needed. I just purchased another priority support ticket for this new issue. Please help. Thanks!

Hi,

Those links appear to be working. Did you refresh the permalinks for the site through the WordPress dashboard?

Ok, now I feel silly… it was a browser issue. I logged out of my wordpress admin, cleared my browser cache, and now the links are working. Not sure why it happened.
Appears everything is solved. Thanks for your time. (Any chance I can keep some of that 30 min support token?) 🙂

Hi Lorenzo,
Turns out this is still an issue. You couldn’t see the problem yesterday because our server had cached some of the old settings. I reset it today, and now the problem is presenting itself. Let me know what you need to help me out… this is now an urgent issue for me.
Thank you!

Hi Brian,

If you can fill out the Redeem a Support token form (there’s a link to it on your account page) we can take a closer look at what’s going on.

Hi Josh,
When I try to use that link, it takes me to a mostly blank page with a link that says, “Please purchase a Support Token to use this page.”. But I already purchased the token (which shows up on my account page). Maybe something is broken?

Hi Brian,

Sorry about that. It looks like something was broken. I fixed it, can you try again?
