Unable to download Wait List Manager

Good evening,

According to my account page, I should be able to download Wait List MAnager from the downloads section. However, I cannot find that anywhere. When I click on the link on the Wait List MAnager information page, it tells me I already have access to it.

Can you please advise how I can download it, if indeed I can? I will purchase it if I have to, but at the moment, it appears I shouldn’t have to.

Hi Greg,

I checked your account page and I’m afraid I don’t see anything there that says you should be able to download the Wait List Manager. That’s actually a separate add-on that isn’t included with the EE4 Personal License.

So you could purchase a support license for the add-on, but if you’ve already done that you could contact the sales team and they can look into this further.
