When a customer buys a ticket, their invoice shows. I have the following questions

1) How can I show the printable ticket option
2) I bought a ticket using ee but did not get any email notification that I bought a ticket.
3) When I registered as a customer, I got an email which for from {WORDPRESS}. I want it to show that it is from our us ‘our company name;

Hi there Sherry,

Based on your feedback, I think it would help to setup a free transactional email service like Sendgrid.

I just bought a ticket my my site but never got a email notification that I bought a ticket? What am I doing wrond

Hello again,

Event Espresso does not send email notifications on its own. This may be affected by the local email server or they may be arriving to spam or junk mail.

Please try a free transactional email service like Sendgrid to correct this issue:

Sounds good but still have a question though
I am still in the testing mode. I registered for same event using two different email accounts. I got the “print you ticket” email at this account info@digisigns.us. But never got the email at digitalsignagenw@gmail.com. I even checked the junk folder, still no email even there. Why is this happening

Hello,

I recommend trying a free transactional email service. As I shared earlier, Event Espresso does not send out its own emails so something else is affecting the delivery of those emails.
