Hello again!
Was hoping someone could help determine a workflow or setting that would allow us to do the following:

We would like to use MER to allow individuals to purchase tickets to multiple workshops at events but we do not want individuals to purchase multiple tickets for the same workshop. Is there a way to limit the qty dropdown to a certain number of tickets that is less than the “Maximum Number of Tickets per Order”?

We would like these to be separate tickets so we can use the Barcode scanner add-on so the 3rd party price modifier will not work (I don’t believe)

Thanks for any assistance!
Robert

After I typed this up I realized that MER isn’t necessarily our issue, just being able to limit the number of identical tickets and have a higher number of unique tickets is what we are trying to do.
Thanks!

Hi there,

Apologies but I’m not sure I follow what you are trying to do.

It sounds like are you just looking to set a max qty of 1 on some ticket types, is that correct?

If so, each individual ticket has a min and max qty setting, click on the icon next to the ticket and you’ll see some additional settings:

Setting a Max Quantity of 1 means the dropdown will only go from 0 to 1 on that ticket type, is that what you are looking for?
