Hello, I am experiencing the same issue which is described in this post where ticket prices are appearing as doubled on the price list, however once a ticket is selected and the order is started the correct price appears on this page.

I’m not sure what kind of information would be useful for me to provide, so please let me know how I can help you to help me. Thanks!

Hi Jeffrey,

Which version number of Event Espresso are you using?

Are you running caching on the site?

Hi Tony, thanks for your reply.

I’m running the latest versions of both WordPress and EE4 Decaf.

We do have caching on the site, however I have had WP Engine support disable caching for EE4 based on one of your support articles. This worked initially however the issue has returned.

Hi Jeffrey,

Can you find the version number of decaf that you have installed and post it here? There are a few versions of decaf that will not get the notification to update to the latest, so you might be on an older version.

Hi Josh,

The footer says we are running Event Espresso 4.4.10.04.decaf.

I went to plugin updates and it looks to be the latest version.

Hi Jeffrey, that is an old version of Event Espresso 4. Could you please deactivate and remove that plugin?

Then please search for the Event Espresso 4 decaf through your WordPress dashboard and install it. You may be prompted to migrate. Go ahead and do so.

Then try creating a new event with your pricing and let us know if you experience this issue again.

Thanks!

Lorenzo

Hi Lorenzo,

I’ve updated and migrated the data, but the event is still showing double the prices. As we have already opened the event and have several people registered, so we need to stick with this event…

Hi Jeffrey, you would need to create new pricing options for the event and expire the existing pricing options through the event editor.

Hi Lorenzo,

That seems to have done the trick! Thank you for your support!
