Bought new Support License Key today, the ‘Everything license’ I have entered and saved the key on the event espresso general settings tab in the Support License Key area. However, when viewing my account on https://eventespresso.com/ it says, ‘Not currently activated on any websites’. Additionally the site says there is an update, however will not update and is asking me to buy a license.
Where do I start troubleshooting this? Current Version 3.1.36.6.P is on WordPress 5.4.
The reason the key will not activate is because your site has Event Espresso 3 installed, and the license is an EE4 Everything license. If you want to continue using EE3 you can switch to an EE3 license. There’s a license switcher on your account page.
