Still cannot scan

I still cannot scan with the android app.When tapping the scan-button the app crashes. https://eventespresso.com/topic/mobile-app-for-ticketing-addon-crashes/

Hello Mart,

If I recall correctly, you updated to the latest version, correct? Can you please submit a new crash report through the play store? We’ll make sure our Android developer checks it out.

Hi Jonathan, how can I do this? By sending the report when the app crashes?

Hi Mart,

Yes. When the app crashes, you should see an open to send the report to the play store. Once you have done that we should see the report in our account.

Will you let me know when you have submitted the crash report?

Hi Jonathan,i’ve noticed something: when the app was updated some time ago, i starred it and it worked fine. After closing and restarting it i got the same error. 2 days ago Android was upgraded and off course i immediately tried the ee app. The same thing happened. At first it worked fine, but affter restarting the same error occured and it crashed again. Excuse my english but i hope you know what i mean. Regards, Mart.
