Hi, the EE app for ticket scanning crashes when i try to scan a ticket. Its an android phone, with Lollipop installed. It used to work fine. I’ve emptied cach and even removed and reïnstalled the app a few times. I’m a bit desperate because i need i next week. Regards, Mart.

Hi Jonathan, we are also using an iPhone, which works fine. So I don’t think its the website. It used to work fine on the Android too. Could it be Lollipop? The app crashes when I want to scan a ticket. I log in and tap the event. Than i tap the “scan” button. The cam comes on and than the app crashes. I can still send You credentials if You want to.

Hey Mart,
We have other users who are on Lollipop, and I have tested it on my phone running Lollipop without crashes.
