Hello-

I currently have 2 clients who can’t register for my event because when they click to register they get the warning: nothing in your event queue. Other registrations are working ok, but so far these 2 are having the exact same issue.
Here is the link to our event:
http://www.thecosmicpath.com/events/2014-winter-solstice-teleconference-with-stephanie-azaria/

Why is this happening and only to specific people? They have cleared their caches, I updated from 4.4.5 to 4.4.6 and it didn’t fix this. Also they tried different browsers.

Please advise. i saw similar threads on this issue but nothing exactly like my situation.

Kim

Hi, if you have setup no-cache rules (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-nocache-exclusion-rules-event-espresso/) or caching doesn’t currently apply (i.e. caching services have been turned off completely and are not in use), then the next thing I would do is to follow up with your web host to see if they are blocking base64. This is used by the ticket selector.
