Hi, |
Hi Gerhard, It sounds like it’s sending both a pending payment and a registration approved email. What you can do is deactivate one or both of those message types. You go to Event Espresso > Messages > Settings, then in the Email Settings box, click and drag the unwanted message types that are currently active, over to the “Inactive Message Types” box. |

Hi Josh, Is it useful to set a price of 0.000001 instead of 0 to get all events on one mail? |
Hi, You can actually edit the email templates so they include all of the appropriate info. So for example if you want to send only the “Registration Approved” message type, but there’s some specific information that only the “Payment Received” message type has, you copy over that information into the “Registration Approved” message template.
No. The way forward here will be to edit the template so the one email that’s sent includes all the needed information. |

You can follow these guides to get familiar with working with message types, contexts, templates, and shortcodes: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/messages-system-message-types/ |

A price of 0.000001 did not help. It was once more one mail for the payed event(s) and one for the free event(s). |
I did mention that a price of 0.000001 would not help. What you’ll need to do instead is edit the message template to include all the appropriate information. Does that make sense? |
