Several Admin Options BLANK after EE4 UPDATE

I recently updated to EE4 v.4.6.1 everything seemed to work fine with migrating the database from older version to newer. I am using WP 3.9.3 which has had no issue until now. The frontend of EE4 works without any issues but the certain admin backend pages of EE4 just return a BLANK PAGE when clicked such as:

page=espresso_events
page=espresso_registrations
page=espresso_transactions
page=espresso_messages
page=pricing
page=espresso_registration_form
page=espresso_venues

You can visit here to see a working registration page.

All options under settings and extras work as expected when clicked, so I’m not sure what the problem is. I can really use some guidance on this. I tried to disable all plugins and even reverted back to the default theme none of which made any difference.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi Carlos,

You’ll be able to find what the problem is by turning on WordPress debug mode. Here’s a link that has information you can follow to turn it on:

The error reads:

Fatal error: Access level to EE_Admin_List_Table::single_row_columns() must be public (as in class WP_List_Table) in /home/bhvdsaj/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/admin/EE_Admin_List_Table.core.php on line 680

Not sure but do I need to Reset Event Espresso Tables, I’m worried that I might lose my data.

Hi Carlos,

No. You do not and should not reset Event Espresso’s data. You will lose your data if you do that, and it will not fix the problem with the blank pages in the admin.

My first suggestion is to update to the current version of WordPress (4.1) since that’s what everyone here develops for and tests on.

I’ve verified the errors on a local WordPress site that has version WP 3.9.3. Can you update to the current version of WP?

I updated WP to 4.1 and everything is working now. Thank for the help and the quick response.
