remove event from calendar after completion?

Is there a setting that removes the event automatically once registration and event is over? I know I can go in manually and delete, but I have 5-6 events weekly and am looking to automate the removal or at least the visual option on the calendar so that customers don’t accidentally click on old/closed events. (this happens a couple times a week – they think its closed so they call in)

Hi there,

You can make this happen by going to edit the calendar page and add show_expired=”false” to the shortcode. So it looks like this:

[ESPRESSO_CALENDAR show_expired=”false”]
