EE3 – New Installation – http://safetycenter.org/first-aidcpr-8-hours/ Users are successfully able to register for an event/course and payments are being processed successfully but nothing is showing up complete on admin end. No email being sent to administrator and attendee’s status shows as incomplete in Event Overview. |

Hi Heather, What payment gateway are you using for payments? If you are using PayPal, then please ensure that the IPN is setup and that is used to update Event Espresso about the payment: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-set-up-paypal-ipn/ — |

Thanks for sharing that information. What do you see on the thank you page after completing a payment? It should have the payment amount along with a status and other information. — |

Thanks. I’ve set your last response as private. Could you let us know what you are using for your Relay Response URL? This can be found in FirstData E4 settings but please ensure that it matches what is set in your merchant account. — |

Thank You Lorenzo that definitely helped get the emails pushed through to the admin, but the Attendee’s status is still showing as Incomplete in the Event Espresso Back End. |
