Registration on mobile device not working cart thinks it's empty after add event

I’m having an issue where people who try to register from a mobile device are not able to because after adding an event the cart shows as empty. Registration on a PC works fine.

Hi Cat,

Can you post a link to a page that’s using the Event Espresso cart? The reason I ask is because I found this page, and that page uses a form plugin and does not use not Event Espresso’s cart.
