We recently migrated our site to WP Engine and since then have not been receiving emails when someone registers for our events. I have combed through our settings and your forums and can’t find the problem. Our students also aren’t getting confirmation emails with arrival instructions. This is a major issue, please help.
Do other emails work from your site, for example, password resets?
Event Espresso doesn’t actually send mail itself, it builds out the emails and passes them to wp_mail() which then does whatever you’re server is set to do with them. So if it worked before the move but no longer does it sounds like something up on the server itself.
Are you sending your mail through WPEngine’s mailer or do you have an SMTP plugin set up?
I had a quick look over your site and can see your running 220.127.116.11.P and whilst we haven’t changed anything with email in a long time, the latest version of EE3 is v18.104.22.168.P, is there something preventing you from updating to the latest?
