Hey guys,
I’m having a bizarre issue with my events. Whenever I opt to turn my registration form off on an event, the description of my event disappears—the form still appearing. I renewed our license recently. Not sure if the “automatic” update has updated the plugin… Any help appreciated! Thank you!
Support Information:

Hi Jeff,
I notice on your site you have registration_page.php and registration_page_display.php within wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates/
If you temporarily rename the templates directory to something else (say templates-temp) and retry does the same happen?

Hi Jeff,
These templates are showing as been customized:
<--Event Espresso Template Files:
File: /registration_page.php
File: /event_list_display.php
File: /widget.php
File: /registration_page_display.php
File: /event_list.php
Could you temporarily rename the uploads/espresso/templates folder to see if the issue goes away?
Also, please do backup and update to the current software.

Thank you guys! You were right. It was the custom template files that were causing the issue.

Thanks for letting us know 🙂
You can either update the current custom templates to include any new functionality from the default templates, or remove those custom templates and use the default ones.
