Registration Confirmation Emails to Us, not working

Hello,

We suddenly stopped receiving the automated email to let us know when someone has registered for an event. The last email was Sunday, August 03, 2014 9:28 PM.

We have not made any changes or updates to the site, Event Espresso or PayPal.

The attendee list shows people having successfully registered. I ran the “Check Email” and the test was successful.

WordPress version WP 3.9.2
Event Espresso version 3.1.36.5.P
PHP Version 5.3.2-1ubuntu4.26

Any ideas?

Hi,

If the change was unexpected and no recent changes were made through WordPress, then the web host may have adjusted something on the server.

Try the Mandrill or Postmark email services. They take over sending emails from the native wp_mail() function:
