Registration confirmation

Hello,
The current version of my Event Espresso is 3.1.29.1.P. Here is my question/issue:
Right now, the only registration confirmation we receive is when payment has been processed from Authorize.net. Is there any setting so that when someone registers online, we receive a confirmation email of that registration?
