Hi,

I am using the event espresso 3 and integrated with the mailchimp. all things are properly working. first name, last name, emails are transferring but the phone no. is not transferring into the mailchimp database from event espresso. Phone no. is required field in the event espresso. Please confirm how we can resolve this issue asap.

Thanks
Lorellee

Hi Lorellee,

It’s not currently a feature that EE sends the phone number to MailChimp, but I can look into the possibility of adding a feature request where it could be added.

Hi Josh,

Ok, Thank you for this.

I have one another query reg the notification email, we want to setup the notification email for new registration. when any users register for the event then we want to notify/receive the email with the registrant details. So please confirm us how we can setup the notification email in the event espresso.

Thanks
Lorellee

Hi Lorellee,

A registration details email goes out automatically to the registrant and the event author after a successful registration. Have you made any changes through Event Espresso –> Messages?

One other place to check would be the junk/spam email folder. If the messages are arriving there, then I would setup a transactional email service like Postmark app or Mandrill:
