I’m trying to apply a discount code which I have used many many times before to 27 new events. When I try and advance through the list of events in the small box on the lower right of the screen on the promotion it just gets hung up.
PLEASE help asap!!!
I have one hour to figure this out before my registration opens. I’ve never encountered this before in the 10 years I’ve been using EE.

I am trying and apply the sibling discount promotion code.
EE won’t let me advance through my list of events (lower right box) the wheel just spins and the event list doesn’t update.
I’ve used this code numerous times on numerous courses. I’ve just made 27 new events and I want to apply the code. Registration opens in one hour.
PLEASE Help.

I updated EE and it fixed it.

I’m glad you figured it out 🙂
Just to add some context for this, this was a bug introduced in changes made to 4.10.15.p which was released November 16th 2021.
We fixed this in 4.10.19.p released November 24th 2021, see HERE.
