Hi,
We are a non profit organization and conducting an event for which the users can buy 3 different types of ticket.
1. Adult Price
2. Student Price
3. Family Price.

I have used your free version and test version of the espresso wordpress plugin and I have the following questions.

1. Will a user be able to buy 2 types of ticket(Adult & Student) in one transaction? Because the price option is displayed like a dropdown in espresso
so i’m thinking users can only buy one type of ticket in one transaction?

2. Is it possible to collect different questionaire for different ticket types? In espresso questions are associated with Event and not the price options.

3. Is it possible to have a quantity dropdown for selling the number of tickets? We will also be selling meal options along with the tickets.

4. Is it possible to have a amount text box where the user can fill their donation amount while purchasing the ticket?

5. For Family Price ticket, I need to get the details of the family members, while for other tickets types, family member details or not necessary.

6. Do I need to purchase individual/personal license or business license for this option?
Thanks,
Abdul.

Hi Abdul,

How are you today?

Let me try to answer your questions the best I can:

1) Using the Multiple Event Registration add-on (https://eventespresso.com/product/espresso-multiple/) you can allow attendees to choose their ticket and quantity for that ticket using the Add to Cart functionality: http://www.screencast.com/t/aa1mRHoM
2) Registration forms are on a per-event, not per-ticket basis. So you can only have one registration form per event. If you want different registration forms per ticket, then you could create another event with only one ticket type and a separate registration form.
3) Take a look at #1, but realize that the quantity sold (no matter the type of ticket) will count against the total quantity limit. We do have a pre-release add-on called the price-modifier add-on that might work in your situation (https://eventespresso.com/wiki/espresso-price-modifier/) it allows you to add or subtract to the total price of an event depending on their questions answered. It does not work along side the Multiple Event Registration add-on.
4) That’s not an existing function.
5) See #2
6) The Business License would be best.

Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
