Paypal set up

I have 2 sites up and running.
1. NOBTA.com EE3 Transaction page has [ESPRESSO_TXN_PAGE] I have std paypal and I put it my paypal email address. No other boxes are checked under set up. On Paypal side – I have a business account and the IPN is active.

2.theusatour4u.com EE4 Transaction page has [ESPRESSO_TXN_PAGE]. I have std paypal and I put it the correct paypal email address. No other boxes are checked under set up. On Paypal side – I have a business account and the IPN is active.

Payments are pending. I seem to be having the same issue on both sites. Participants can register online with no problem.

The IPN logs are blank on both sites. I’m overlooking something but after a couple days of trouble shooting I need your help.

Are both these sites hosted on the same server?

Its possible the server is blacklisting the IPN’s, so your sites are not receiving them.

Within your PayPal account you say IPN is active, what URL is currently set within the IPN settings?

Also, are you running any caching plugins/services?

Your host may run caching on the server, it is worth checking if they do and requesting that this is disabled for the Event Espresso core pages. More details can be found here:

Can I ask what the issue was, I’m guessing caching?

On the theusatour4u.com site I did not have the correct url in paypal. I swear I looked at everything twice and thought it was correct until I got your message and looked at it again.:) Thanks again for the great customer service.
