PayPal IPN failing

Hello! I’m getting this email quite often, can you help?

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

https://www.jazzyyc.com/transactions/?e_reg_url_link=1-90581a3d55511903bd53a109ba9ce297&ee_payment_method=paypal_standardhttps%3A%2F%2Fwww.jazzyyc.com%2Ftransactions%2F%3Fe_reg_url_link%3D1-e64d1a371906519516d99dc23b1960c7&ee_payment_method=paypal_standard

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

Hi Ty,

May I ask is the site using PayPal Standard or is it using PayPal Express Checkout? If it’s using the Standard gateway, and the URL indicates it is, then what you can do is switch to use the PayPal Express gateway. You can use the same PayPal account with Express, it uses API credentials that you can locate by following this guide:
