Hi,
I have perfectly configured the PayPal Express API, but the payment does not go and I get this error “It does not seem to be the correct site.” Tomorrow has to start selling some events !!! Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible.

And in payment section (paypal express) I see this notice “This payment method does not support the currency set on your site (ITALIA). Please activate a different payment method or change your site’s country and associated currency.”

Hi there,

‘Bumping’ your threads will generally have the opposite effect than intended as we reply based on the late reply date, so bumping threads basically means they end up at the back of the queue again.

I had a look at one of the events and your site and it looks like the currency has been set to ITALIA on your site which is why your getting this error:

“This payment method does not support the currency set on your site (ITALIA). Please activate a different payment method or change your site’s country and associated currency.”

If you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings -> Countries

Select your country (I’m assuming Italy) and then check what is set in the ‘Country Currency Code’ section?

When setting up PayPal Express did you follow all of the steps here:
