Payments not going into the account

We have the registration option available on our site. I am receiving notification of someone that has completed the process but when I go to check our account the money is not in there. This just started this month.

Hi Shannon,

Is there registration marked as paid? Can you check to see if your payment gateway credentials are correctly entered in the Event Espresso Payment settings?

Yes it is marked as paid ad completed. I will check it but I have not made any adjustments and it just started this month. I received payments through the website last month.

Ok my customers are telling me that when they click to pay it is saying page not available but then allowing the registration to be marked as paid and complete.

Hi Shannon,

I checked your account’s profile and went to the site that’s attached to the support license. This looks like an issue with the Quickbooks connection. It may help to re-acquire your connection ticket by following the steps here:

The other thing to check is the default payment status in the event settings as well as the Event Espresso > General Settings screen. In both places, the default payment status should be set to Incomplete.
