Hi guys, could you have a look at the standard template for the payment received message to the primary recipient? I had taken away the ticket’s detailed description, and as a consequence the test mail was interspersed with coding text. Now I’ve reset the template, and the mail is empty.

It sounds like when you removed the details you removed one (or more) of the HTML tags within the content and broke the layout.

Now I’ve reset the template, and the mail is empty.

Within the admin or when sent?

Remove this code – http://take.ms/tfoSw

Usually that means its an issue with the mail server or somewhere along the way the email is being marked as spam.

Try using a transactional email service to send the emails and see if that fixes it, we have some listed here:
