I am having issues with registrants names not showing up on their registrations. The registration is there but no contact information. The payment is approved. This is happening when someone is entering multiple registrations. Here is the id 32-72-3-4b0ec5-1 that is experiencing this problem. This happened previously but I manually went in and changed it. This 2nd one I have no idea who registered. I had other registrations that worked when registering multiples. EE4-theusatour4u.com

Please disable pages caching for your registration-checkout page as well as any other page that shows Event Espresso content. We have a guide that shows how to do this:

Thanks so much for the quick response. I have a WP Super Cache plug in. If I just disable this will it do the same as going into the wp admin and putting the code in?

Hi there,
I’m afraid if you disable the plugin that may make things worse. What you can do is go to the WP Super Cache plugins settings, then disable caching on its settings page. Then it will be safe to disable the plugin.
Disabling all caching will also have the effect of the rest of your website being less performant.
