Hi there,

Can you find out if this is happening for logged in users or are these registrations happening after they continue as a guest?

Hi Melanie,

My initial thoughts is that this may be related to a caching feature / service.

Could you share feedback on these questions?

Who is the web host?

Have you experienced this issue on your end?

Are there any caching plugins installed (e.g. WP super cache, WP rocket, W3 total cache)?

Hi Melanie,

SiteGround often run server side caching.

Can you contact them and confirm if they have caching enabled on your site please?

Hi,
I talked with server support and we have already disabled cache option in site from server.

Hello Melanie,

Is this the Supercacher feature from SiteGround?

If so, could you double-check that you are excluding your pages for Event Espresso? We have an example here but your actual page slugs should be used:

Dynamic caching is activated and critical pages are excluded. This issue is only with MS Edge Browser on Windows 10. Firefox, Chrome and IE on Win 7/8 are all returning pages correctly. This did work a few weeks ago, I don’t know why suddenly this is occurring. Maybe an update to Win 10?

Are you seeing any JavaScript errors in the console when you use the MS Edge Browser?

No, there are no errors in javascript console except a few font faces not available.

Hi Melanie,

Can you try temporarily removing the modifications that were made to Event Espresso, then test with the Edge browser to see if that makes any difference?
