Hi All,

I found a topic which cover this problem – https://eventespresso.com/topic/not-receiving-admin-email-notifications/. I have tried all the suggestions and I am still having a problem. I dont think its an issue on the mail server or been black listed as If I test a registration, I receive the user registration confirmation email.
WordPress version : 4.0
EE version : 4.0
It’s a new installation.

Hi Geoffrey, Event Espresso does not restrict certain emails. That is, it uses a native WP function called wp_mail to send out the email notification.

If it works for one email address, then it should work for all email addresses.

Are regular WP notifications such as new user signups or password resets being received?

Is anything landing in the SPAM or Junk Mail folder?

I would go with a transactional service like Mandrill or Postmark app which will take over emails from the local mail server:

Yes We always receive email.

No
Now it’s sending admin and eventregistration notification email on event registerter email address.

event registerter email : It’s menas when your fill up out form with their email address for event.

Hi Geoffrey,

That thread you linked to is for EE3.

EE4 messages work differently, by default the admin email is sent to the event author. The event author is the email address of the user account that creates the email.

So if you are using your email address within your user account, and using that email to register with, you will receive both the registrant email, and the admin email to that address.

This can be changed if you prefer?
