No waiting list button for a full event

Hello,

I just installed the waiting list manager add-on, but it seems to have no impact on the full classes. Here is an example. Any ideas how to fix it?

Are all of the member-only tickets also sold out?

no, we manage the attendance by capacity, not by number of tickets. Because we don’t know how many members vs non-members will fill the class, and we don’t have restrictions on this.

Have you set the number of wait-list spaces on the event?

With the waitlist add-on active, you’ll see these options in the event – http://take.ms/8xlrb

Have you setup some waitlist spaces?

it’s ok now, i didn’t realise that by default the waiting list spaces were zero. thank you.
