Multiple Payment Levels not working?

I have added two ticket payment options to my events. A full price option and a pay at the door with deposit option. When I select the at the door option, it is still trying to charge the full price option. Any thoughts on what I could be missing?

Hi Robert,

Could you double-check that the pricing was added to the correct area within the event editor? There is a standard pricing option (left) and a members pricing option (right).

Also, would you happen to be using any caching services?

I do not have the members pricing module enabled.
I used another browser and am receiving the same thing.

Would you happen to be using any caching services such as Cloudflare, WP supercache, w3 total cache?

What happens when you resave the event in the event editor?

I am using CloudFlare and w3 total cache.
This same thing is happening for all events.
I set up this ticketing price before implementing CloudFlare, though w3 Total cache has always been in place.

Hi Robert,

Your caching plugin is likely caching your Event Espresso pages.

Set Cloudflare to development mode and then clear your cache for W3 total cache and setup no-cache rules:

I disabled W3, and CloudFlare wasn’t even enabled.
The same thing.

Thank you. It’s any of the events here: http://www.fastereft.com/events

Hi Robert,

You have some modified template files. Would it be possible to temporarily rename the wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates folder? This can be done via FTP or your hosts control panel’s file manager.

This will stop the plugin from using the modified files and revert to the default ones.

Then test to see if the issue persists. If it does not, then the issue lies in the modified files: perhaps they are old or perhaps a modification is causing a conflict.

I have disabled the custom files and I still am not being charged the correct price ($100) when I choose the $100 option.

Hi Robert,

I just registered onto 2 of your events (stopping once transferred to Paypal), on each of those events I selected the Pay at the door option and submitted my registration. On both of those events the Value was $100 – http://take.ms/KKAqu

Have you altered anything since your last reply?

You are right – it appears to be something in the template section…
