Multiple Event Registration, multiple attendees, only 1 attendee info screen?

Hi — using MER with ee3. Latest versions of each. We’ve set this up and entered the short code for an event that allows group registrations. It does add the event to the cart, but when we select multiple registrants and click the “Enter Attendee Information” link, we only get a single attendee information screen.

Hello,

I tested this on the event that you shared and if you select multiple ticket options, then you’ll see multiple attendee questions.

For example, I selected two tickets so there is information for two guests being requested:

Hi Lorenzo — Hmmm, maybe the event is not set up correctly? There are two options for this event, half day and full day. If I select 2 attendees for a single option (say full day), I only get an attendee option for for attendee 1 (even though it recognizes there are two attendees). I do get multiple forms if I select an attendee from each of the options.

Hi there,

You can set the event to ask for information for each attendee by going in to edit the event, then under Event Options, there’s an option that says:
Additional Attendee Registration info?
You set that to either Personal Information only or to Full Registration Information. Then you check the applicable boxes next to the question groups in the “Event Questions for Additional Attendees” box.

Hi there,

I’ve just registered onto your June 20-24 event, selecting 2 tickets for full day.

Both the attendee 1 and attendee 2 details were requested, although attendee 2’s details were belwo the billing information question group you have created.

Thanks Tony. Yes, I’m getting information screens for all attendees now – I had to enable the “Additional Attendee Registration Info” option.

I would like to move the billing info so that it falls below the attendee information request forms — is that possible?

As it is assigned to the Primary Registrant it will always display with the primary registrants question groups.

You can alter the order in which each question group is displayed within the registrants section (in this case the Primary Registrant) but you can’t break out one of the registrations question groups to be placed below additional registrants without custom development.
