Hello,
I have a event with multiple options for registration. For that I use the extension “multiple events”.
My attendetes should only enter one time their information. I can handle that my “use first attenddefinformation for others” but this will get too confusing.
Is there an other option, like in an onlineshop with one time checkout?

Hi Sebastian,
This is happening as the event is actually multiple events.
Could you tell us more about the setup of the event?
And are most of your events setup this way (e.g. split into multiple events)? I have a couple ideas on reducing the confusion but we’ll need more feedback.

Hi Sebastian,
You can make it so that your attendees only enter their information one time by unchecking the boxes next to the question groups in the event’s Questions for Additional Registrants box.
