multi-registration add on CART EXPIRATION

I was told in a different thread that the default Cart expiration is 1 hour. However, the event is disappearing from the cart after about 10 minutes. How to increase that to one hour for example?

Hi Liz,

Something else on your site may be affecting the expiration.

Who is your web host and is there any caching services (e.g. WP super cache or Cloudflare) running on the site?

Lorenzo,

Hosting is Media Temple and there is no caching services since we already had issues with caching working properly with EE.

Please advice.

The default session lifespan within Event Espresso is 1 hour, however you how can override this on the server.

Can you check with your host and have them confirm if they are clearing the PHP sessions every 10mins? If you will need to request they increase the value.
