Hi,
I am trying to use the Multi Event in my client’s website. I was getting issues where tickets weren’t being added to the cart and or were added after a second submission attempt. I looked into the forums and the advice was to turn of caching because it messes with the AJAX involved. I have no WP side caching on, MediaTemple in their LAMP premium sites have a pretty deep involved cache system that can’t be turned off. What are my options?

Hello,

Is this hosting plan similar to the managed WP hosting plan from Godaddy?

Do you have a link to the hosting plan page?

For members using GoDaddy, their support team has recommended renaming the object-cache.php file in this location:

/wp-content/object-cache.php

renaming object-cache.php seems to have fixed this issue. At least in limited testing for now. We go live in a few days and will update to verify this is still working.
