Multi Event – Enter Attendee Screen – No ticket type selection for attendee

Hello,
I have setup a multi event with several different ticket types and everything works fine until you go to enter attendee information. There is no way to select what ticket is being assigned to the attendee. Can you tell me if there is something I need to do that I might be missing?

Hi Carol,

Do you have the Multi Event Registration Add-on installed?

EE3 Standard registration allows you to register multiple attendees using the same ticket type. To registered multiple ticket types you will need to use MER and add the event to the cart system it provides. That way you can select multiple ticket types for your event.

You can also remove the standard registration form and replace that with the ‘Add to cart’ link for use with MER if you prefer. We have a guide available for that available here:

Thank you for your reply. I do have the Multi Event Registration add on and I have set display registration form to no and have this in my description. [ESPRESSO_CART_LINK anchor=”Click Here To Register for this Event” direct_to_cart=1 moving_to_cart=”Redirecting to cart…”].

When you get into the cart you can add multiple tickets, it’s just when you go to assign attendees the fields are there to fill in the name in the email address but not to assign who get’s what ticket.

I just realized the data is there I just can’t see it because the background is white and the text is white. Probably something in my themes style sheet.
My apologies. If there is a way to change the template used so the background is not white?

I’m all set. Changed the template and it shows beautifully except the spacing which I will check into. Have a wonderful day.
